SS Heavy Equipments ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates an internal employee travel and expense management mobile application ("App").
This App is strictly intended for authorized employees of SS Heavy Equipments.
The App is designed exclusively for internal organizational use. Only employees approved by SS Heavy Equipments administrators may access the App.
This information is used for authentication and internal account management.
The App collects precise location data ONLY when an employee actively starts a journey within the App.
Location tracking is NOT continuous and stops when the journey is completed or the feature is not in use.
No payment transactions are processed through the App. Expense entries are internal reimbursement records only.
User-generated journey logs and in-app interactions required for:
Basic technical data required for app performance, security, compatibility, and updates via Google Play services.
We do NOT use data for advertising or marketing purposes.

This App requires location permission to calculate distance traveled during official employee journeys. Location access is only active when the employee manually starts a journey. It is used strictly for internal travel documentation and expense reimbursement calculations.
Location access is used in the foreground when the employee actively records a journey. If background access is enabled, it is solely to ensure accurate distance tracking during active journeys. Location tracking does not occur when the journey feature is not in use.
