The App is designed exclusively for internal organizational use. Only employees approved by SS Heavy Equipments administrators may access the App.

B. Location Data (Precise GPS)

The App collects precise location data ONLY when an employee actively starts a journey within the App.

• GPS location during active journey
• Distance traveled

Location tracking is NOT continuous and stops when the journey is completed or the feature is not in use.

C. Travel & Expense Information

• Travel records
• Journey logs
• Visit purpose
• Expense entries
• Distance traveled
• Approval status records

No payment transactions are processed through the App. Expense entries are internal reimbursement records only.

D. App Activity Information

User-generated journey logs and in-app interactions required for:

• Record management
• Approval workflows
• Administrative reporting

E. Device Information

Basic technical data required for app performance, security, compatibility, and updates via Google Play services.

3. How We Use Information

• Employee authentication
• Managing official travel records
• Calculating travel distance and expense claims
• Administrative approval processes

• App performance and security improvement

We do NOT use data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Data is accessible only to:

• The employee who created the record
• Authorized administrators
• Company directors for approval and oversight

No data is shared with third parties except Google services required for location functionality and app updates.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Location APIs (GPS functionality)
• Google Play Services (app updates & platform services)

The App:

• Does NOT use Firebase
• Does NOT display ads
• Does NOT process payments
• Does NOT collect bank or financial account information

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Data transmission is encrypted in transit where applicable.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained for internal administrative, accounting, and compliance purposes as required by the organization.

Google Play Data Safety Declaration Alignment

According to Google Play requirements, this App collects:

• Personal Information (Name, Email, User ID)
• Precise Location (only during active journey)

Data is NOT sold and NOT shared externally.

Location Permission Justification

This App requires location permission to calculate distance traveled during official employee journeys. Location access is only active when the employee manually starts a journey. It is used strictly for internal travel documentation and expense reimbursement calculations.

Foreground / Background Location Explanation

Location access is used in the foreground when the employee actively records a journey. If background access is enabled, it is solely to ensure accurate distance tracking during active journeys. Location tracking does not occur when the journey feature is not in use.
